1. Have sex at least once a week
Surveys show that having sex at least once a week can keep you away from illness and depression. It seems that reproductive stimulation makes the immune system more effective, relieves headaches and acne, and relieves pain in daily life.
2. Don’t be surprised by a lack of response
Contrary to popular belief, erections are not something a person can actively control, so fatigue and stress are the most common causes of a lack of response. Statistics show that one in seven men (16 years old or older) will have this erection problem at least four times a year.
3. Minimize distractions during sex
Watching TV in bed was recently voted the biggest sex killer. The flickering bright spots on the TV screen obviously make you want to sleep, reduce your sexual sensitivity, and completely ruin your “sex” for the whole night. If you want to have better sex, then turn off the TV and start.
4. Improve your orgasm potential
For better orgasms, exercise your abdominal wall muscles. Also known as the PC (pubococcygeus) muscle, this is what you use when you pee. All you need to do is stretch these muscles. Just pause for a count of five as you pee, then relax. Once you get the feel for it, tighten and relax 20 times a day (at your desk, on the bus, while watching TV), then gradually work your way up to 50 times.
